The Women’s Program

The Women’s group offers a safe space for women of all ages who have similar issues and experiences to process and learn from each other. We use a trauma-informed approach to treatment along with DBT, CBT, and ACT therapy to help women regain control and confidence in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
