Insurance and Coverage Information

Cedar Hills Hospital and Outpatient Services accept most private health insurance plans. However, many health plans require pre-authorization and sometimes a patient co-pay. We work on a case by case basis with the Oregon Health Plan/ Medicaid and its participating Coordinated Care Organizations (CCO), excluding Inpatient Detox and Outpatient Services.
