Comprehensive Outpatient Mental Health
Our Mental Health programs are designed for adults living with a mental illness, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and/or schizophrenia. These are all mental illnesses that can impede daily life. Mental Health programs utilize a combination of CBT, DBT, and ACT evidence-based treatment modalities to help patients get back to living a life they want, and living it well.
Our Outpatient Mental Health Program provides:
- A welcoming, warm, and safe environment for you to share
- Education on self-care, coping skills, interpersonal skills, crisis prevention, relapse prevention, and emotion regulation.
- Opportunity to help you understand your symptoms in a peer setting
- A trauma-informed care team
- Medication evaluation/management
Hours
Partial Hospitalization:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., or;
Monday – Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Intensive Outpatient:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (three to five days per week), or;
Tuesday – Thursday 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (three days only, virtually)
