Bill Snyder, MA, LPC
Chief Executive Officer
Bill Snyder serves as CEO of Cedar Hills Hospital, bringing over 20 years of leadership in behavioral health and substance use treatment. A licensed therapist with a master’s in clinical psychology, Bill has held roles ranging from frontline clinician to executive leader in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He is deeply committed to expanding access to quality mental health care through evidence-based practices, trauma-informed approaches and collaborative team cultures. Originally from Philadelphia, Bill now calls the West Coast home and enjoys climbing, exploring the outdoors and discovering new restaurants.
Alex Drilling, MHA
Director of Outpatient Services
Alex Drilling, MHA has worked at Cedar Hills Hospital since 2011, having served in both coordinator and management roles with the Cedar Hills Hospital Outpatient Department prior to becoming the Director of Outpatient Services in 2018. Alex received bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Portland State University, and his Master of Healthcare Administration from Walden University. As a native Oregonian and Portlander, Alex has a passion for the outdoors, spending time with his family, and rooting for the Blazers.
