The Women’s Program

The Women’s Program

A Program Especially for Women

The Women’s group offers a safe space for women of all ages who have similar issues and experiences to process and learn from each other. We use a trauma-informed approach to treatment along with DBT, CBT, and ACT therapy to help women regain control and confidence in a comfortable, welcoming environment.

This specialized program is designed to offer treatment to all women dealing with mental health, substance use, or both issues. An additional emphasis is placed on managing triggers and stressors.

Our Women’s Program Provides:

  • A welcoming, warm, and safe environment for you to share
  • Education on self-care, coping skills, interpersonal skills, crisis prevention, relapse prevention, and emotion regulation.
  • Opportunity to help you understand your symptoms in a peer setting
  • Trauma-informed care
  • Medication evaluation/management
