- N0-charge assessment for adult behavioral health patients, 18 years and older.
- The program promotes and facilitates the patients' independent functioning in daily activities.
- Emphasis is on providing care, treatment, and services that will enable the patients to return to and function in the community at the earliest possible time.
- Provides treatment for adult patients, 18 and older, with primary substance abuse disorders who require detoxification from substances.
- Detoxification Services for the patient who needs relief from the physical discomfort of withdrawal or for safe stabilization that may need non-acute medical monitoring.
- Provides patients with clinical approach tailored to address the interaction of the substance abuse and mental health problem.
- A specialized unit providing closer observation for patients who pose a high risk for harming themselves or others, are exhibiting severe emotional distress, or require intensive behavioral interventions.
- Initiated upon admission and is in place at discharge.
- Through ongoing communication with the referring professional, the patient and family experiences a smooth transition to community-based services or residential programs.
- Referring professional will be primary referral for continuum of care after treatment.
