. Cedar Hills offers no charge mental health and chemical dependency assessment and referral services for adults 18 and over. If treatment is advised, we can assist with admission to a Cedar Hills program or recommend other treatment options in the community. We accept most major insurance, Medicare, Tricare, and Medicaid up to age 21.
Clinical staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to respond to calls. Private and confidential assessments and referral information are provided at no charge.
- How do I make a referral?
Call The Assessment Center at (503) 944-5000 with the following: Your name, title, phone, patient name, demographic, presenting problem,
clinical information, and insurance information.
Your contact information will trigger clinical communication during your patient’s stay at Cedar Hills.
- What does a Professional Relations Liaison do?
Cedar Hills Hospital is proud to provide a Professional Relations Team to assist physicians and other professionals in the community.
Our responsibility is to assist you when communicating with the staff at Cedar Hills. We are available to assist you in answering questions
while guiding you through the admission and/or discharge process. Each Liaison is knowledgeable about the programs Cedar Hills has to offer,
and they can provide your agency with information on any specific program that relates to the population you serve. We also provide presentations,
exhibit at conferences, and offer continuing education workshops for licensed clinicians.

- How can I get information about my patient or contribute to his or her treatment?
Contact Sandy Rechtsteiner, MSW, LCSW . She will contact you within 2 business days
of your request.

- How can I get medical records for my patient after he or she has been discharged?
