We do not refund to credit cards. We do not refund via check processing until all patient admission claims have been paid in full by insurance and patient.

Maintaining the confidentiality of information/records - staff will not disclose, discuss or release information regarding patients
conditions or treatments, patients financial, medical, or social information, with anyone except to carry out regular duties assigned.
Staff will not seek information about patients or employers for their own use. Staff at no time will share or disclose any computer
system username or password to anyone.
